Mannahill villa and vineyard in soft evening light, with the ranges behind Cromwell

A vineyard stay in the heart of Cromwell, Central Otago

Stay at Mannahill

Your own villa on a working vineyard

Mannahill Vineyard & Lodge sits on 6.7 hectares of vines in a sunny, elevated spot above Cromwell, with views across orchards, vineyards, Lake Dunstan, the Pisa Range and the Dunstan Mountains.

The vineyard is the original home of Mount Michael Vineyard, first planted in the 1990s, with some of the region's oldest Chardonnay and established Pinot Noir. The villa is a 1930s home, carefully restored to keep its character while adding modern comfort. Light the large wood fire, cook in a well-equipped kitchen, and spend long lunches on the terrace. Wander the vineyard, then step next door to The Brae Tastings & Taps for a glass of Central Otago wine.
